Service Description
Quit smoking naturally at the end of five intensive EFT Tapping treatments carried out in one week. In this program we will be looking into the emotions and memories connected to when you started smoking and we'll apply EFT Tapping to them, making you feel neutral, at peace with these memories and emotions. We will reframe your own beliefs about who you are when you smoke and what smoking does for you. We will also recognise and neutralise emotional daily triggers and cravings which keep you from quitting. In this program you won't need to force yourself to quit, as the EFT Tapping Sessions will enable changes in your neural pathways, leading your own body to reject smoking for ever. Make sure to have some drinking water during your sessions, tissues, privacy and good internet connection. Trust the process and enjoy your freedom!
