In this weekly EFT Tapping group, we will be learning how to self-apply EFT Tapping and other Mindfulness techniques, which will enable us to be in the present moment and appreciate what we have right here right now.
We will be able to draw a line onto the day and neutralise stress and anxiety, making us feel calm and ready to have a rest.
We will be learning how to regulate our nervous system to help us cope with our daily challenges and being able to make rational decisions based on what's the best for us.
Ideal for people wish to manage stress and be able to switch off at the end of a busy day.
